"Most disappointing. Tried to use the bus yesterday, only to be told that as I was using a motorised wheelchair that I couldn't use the bus because 'someone nearly had an accident!' Instead of banning motorised chairs - fix the problem! I was so embarrassed and humiliated! Not a good experience. Discrimitary and unacceptable."
